I’m proud of my time in the forces which helped make me the person I am today. I try my very best to be friendly, approachable and use no jargon when explaining faults – and what needs to be done to fix those faults. When I’m not working or spending time with my family I’m on training courses or home-learning, staying ahead of the curve in an always-evolving motor trade.
